Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. A 14-day free trial is offered to new users. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We may modify subscription pricing with notice.

11. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By posting Contributions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, display, and reproduce them in any format. We may edit, remove, or re-categorize Contributions at our discretion.

12. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

When leaving reviews, you must:

• Have direct experience with the reviewed party

• Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or false statements

• Not be affiliated with competitors

• Not coordinate mass review campaigns

13. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App on your devices. You may not reverse-engineer, replicate, or commercially exploit the App. App Store and Google Play users are subject to the platforms’ respective terms and licenses.

14. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to monitor and moderate the Services, restrict access, delete content, and take any action to protect the integrity and operation of the Services.

Informal Negotiation: Parties agree to attempt resolution before arbitration.


Arbitration: Disputes not resolved informally will be handled via binding arbitration under AAA rules. Venue: Dane County, Wisconsin.


Exceptions: IP disputes, theft, or privacy violations may go directly to court.
